AWARD conducted a Micro Enterprise Development Program (MEDP) on Mushroom Cultivation at Salpakudar from November 22 to December 2, 2022. The program aimed to equip local farmers and women with practical skills in mushroom farming, providing them with an alternative livelihood opportunity. Participants learned about spawn preparation, harvesting techniques, and market linkage to enhance income generation.
